How PharmaDis Works

  1. Digital Integration: The nurse enters the prescription into the HBYS system, which is then instantly verified and approved by the pharmacist.

  2. Automated Preparation: The PharmaDis robot receives the order, selects the required medicines (tablets or ampoules), and automatically updates the hospital inventory.

  3. Smart Packaging & Labeling: The system packages the medication (Automatic or Semi-automatic) and applies a detailed sticker including the patient’s name, doctor, dosage, and timing.

  4. Bedside Verification: To ensure maximum safety, the nurse scans the barcode on the patient’s wristband to verify that the right medicine is delivered to the right patient.

  5. Seamless Reporting: Every step of the process is recorded and reported in real-time within the hospital’s automation system for full traceability.
